Bud Wiesedeppe is a husband, father, lawyer and proud Republican. Bud was raised in Sherman, Texas. His father, Bud, worked for Procter & Gamble at the Folger’s Coffee Plant. Martha, his mother, was a stay at home mom to Bud and his two older sisters, Trish and Jennifer.

Bud graduated from Sherman High School in 1990 and pursued his undergraduate education at Kansas State University. He graduated in May 1994 with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. In the fall of 1994, Bud enrolled at Southern Methodist University School of Law. There, he met his future wife Shannon Beirne. Bud and Shannon graduated in 1997. They were married in the fall of the same year and moved to Houston.

Bud has been an attorney with the same firm since graduating from law school. He joined Woodfill & Pressler, L.L.P. in 1997 and continues to work there today. His practice is broad-spectrum civil litigation.

Bud and Shannon are proud parents to a seven-year-old son, Brink, and a four-year-old daughter, Finley.
